By using Mashi you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the app, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and own a registered EV in Egypt.
Mashi is not a charging operator
Mashi provides a unified interface to third-party networks (Infinity EV, Sha7en, IKARUS, ELSEWEDY Plug, Mega Plug, Taqa Volt, Electra). We do not own or operate any charging station and are not liable for power quality, station availability, or payments processed via those networks.
Station data
Station status (Available / Charging / Unavailable) comes from providers and is refreshed every two minutes. We don't guarantee real-time accuracy and status may change between polls. Always have a backup plan.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity on your account is treated as yours. Notify us immediately at support@mashi.world if you suspect a breach.
Payments
Payments (wallet top-up, charging costs) are processed directly through each provider's approved payment gateway. Mashi does not handle any payments.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms or uses the app fraudulently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent Egyptian courts.
